Terms of Use

Version 1.0 Effective date: 4 June 2026 Applies in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using MoneyPattern. By completing the questionnaire or otherwise using MoneyPattern, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

01Who we are

MoneyPattern is provided by MoneyMind Profile Pty Ltd ABN 33 672 152 073 ("MoneyMind Profile", "we", "us", "our"). "You" means the individual using MoneyPattern.

02What MoneyPattern is

MoneyPattern is a questionnaire that explores your attitudes, beliefs, and behaviour in relation to money, and gives you a personal profile and insights based on behavioural psychology. You use it yourself, for your own interest and self-awareness.

03It is not financial advice

This is important. MoneyPattern is a psychological tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, financial product advice, or any other financial service, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial adviser or other qualified professional. It is also not psychological treatment, diagnosis, counselling, or medical advice. Your results are general information about your money-related psychology and should not be relied on to make financial, legal, tax, health, or other decisions. If you need advice, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

04Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use MoneyPattern.

05Your responsibilities

You agree to provide honest answers (your results are only as useful as the information you give), to use MoneyPattern only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse it — for example, by trying to access it unlawfully, interfere with or disrupt it, copy or resell it, reverse engineer it, or use automated tools to extract data from it.

06Your answers and your results

You keep ownership of the answers you provide. You give us permission to use your answers to generate and show you your profile and insights, and to operate and improve MoneyPattern, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own MoneyPattern itself, including the questionnaire, scoring, content, software, and branding; nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in them except the right to use MoneyPattern under these Terms.

07Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

08No warranty

MoneyPattern is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We provide it with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

09Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the Australian Consumer Law (Australia), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom), and applicable federal, state, and provincial consumer protection laws (United States and Canada). These rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.

Subject to those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of MoneyPattern or reliance on your results, including any financial loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us to use MoneyPattern (if any).

10Changes and availability

We may update MoneyPattern and these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change to these Terms, we will post the updated version with a new effective date. By continuing to use MoneyPattern after a change, you accept the updated Terms. We may also change, suspend, or stop offering MoneyPattern at any time.

11Governing law

MoneyPattern is offered only to individuals in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada — these are the only countries in which we operate. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country (and state, territory, or province) where you live, and any dispute may be dealt with by the courts of that place. Your mandatory local consumer rights always apply.
